Main purpose and scope of application

Because the inner wall of DFN-TG series heat exchange tube is polished, the material resistance is small, and the phenomenon of coking of the tube wall under high temperature conditions is greatly improved. Therefore, it can be widely used in applications where plate heat exchangers cannot be used. In addition to processing fresh milk, soy milk, tea drinks, fruit juice drinks, etc., it is also suitable for other liquid foods with high viscosity or slight particles and fibers.

working principle

TGA4 straight tube heat exchanger is made up of a heat exchange main engine and a series of auxiliary equipment that are combined with multiple straight tubes. The straight tube is composed of an outer tube and 44 inner tubes. Material, the inner tube bundle is sheathed in the outer tube, and the heat is transferred through the partition wall to heat or cool the object hopper. The materials and media to be processed are pumped into the inner and outer tubes respectively for heat exchange. The combination of straight tubes is determined according to the user's process requirements. This equipment is a heat exchanger host composed of inner and outer casings, frame bases, etc.

In addition to the heat exchanger host, the DFN-TG complete set of equipment also includes a material balance tank, a hot water tank, a centrifugal beverage pump, a steam pipeline, a water heater, an instrument box, and related valves and pipelines. Its temperature control is automatically controlled and continuously recorded by the instrument box, so as to monitor the production process and check the sterilization quality of the material. The hot water tank, material balance tank, hot water pump and material pump of the equipment are all installed beside the main engine, and the instrument box can be installed separately according to user requirements.

The heat transfer surface consists of a set of self-supporting tubes welded at both ends to the tube sheet. The pipe plate is in turn sealed from the outer casing with an O-ring - a bellows casing design. This design can be inspected and replaced by unscrewing the end fitting and removing the O-ring seal from the main pipe.
