Installation Notes:

1. The installation of the TG76 jacketed tube heat exchanger is relatively simple, and the equipment placement should be kept horizontal. Under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to use anchor bolts. When installing the pipeline, a valve should be installed at the inlet of the material and medium to control the flow. After the equipment is positioned, it should be checked whether the sealing ring on the pipeline is missing, and whether the joints at the joints of the pipeline are tightened. After the equipment is in place, press the equipment The logo on the connecting material, medium and other pipelines. After checking, clean up the surroundings.

2. According to the working conditions, technical performance and technical requirements of this product, the user can equip a suitable delivery pump to use with this product.

Equipment cleaning and disinfection

The equipment should be thoroughly cleaned before it is officially used. At this time, the equipment should be cyclically cleaned with hot alkaline water to remove the dirt on the inner wall of the pipe, and then the high-temperature hot water should be used instead of the material to circulate in the equipment for 20 to 30 minutes for disinfection. A complete set of equipment with a hot water system, as long as the water is put into the material balance tank, the equipment can be cleaned and disinfected according to the operation sequence.

After each use, the equipment should also be cleaned in the following order to keep the equipment clean.

1. Use clean water to push out the residue in the equipment until the clean water flows out.

2. Use sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 1~1.5 at 80~85℃ to circulate and clean in the equipment for 20 minutes, and then use clean water to push out the lye.

3. Use nitric acid solution with a concentration of less than 1% to heat to 80°C~85°C, circulate for 20 minutes, push out with clean water, and then wash with clean water at about 40°C.

4. Use 0.5% sodium hydroxide solution to heat to about 40°C, circulate for 10 minutes, then use clean water to push out the residual liquid, and finally wash with clean water at about 40°C.

If the user unit has a CIP cleaning system, it can be cleaned according to the operating rules of CIP cleaning.

Maintenance and maintenance of equipment

1. During the production process, due to the gradual scaling of the straight pipe, the heat transfer effect will be reduced, the temperature of the heating medium will gradually increase, and the scaling will be more serious. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the straight pipe is cleaned thoroughly and whether there is product scale. , coking, rust layer and other adhesion.

2. The rubber sealing rings at both ends of the heat exchange straight pipe of the equipment should be replaced immediately after the equipment has been running for a period of time to avoid accidents caused by leakage caused by the aging of the rubber rings.
