Scope of use
1. It can be used as various blending tanks and bucket tanks in the dairy industry.
2. Suitable for dairy beverage, pharmaceutical chemical and biological engineering industries.
Structure
1. The equipment can be made into single-layer, double-layer and jacket insulation forms according to customer requirements.
2. The material is made of stainless steel 2B plate (304, 316L).
3. Rock wool, glass wool, polyurethane foam, etc. can be used as thermal insulation materials.
4. Humanized structure design and strong operability.
5. The stirring can be equipped with paddle stirring, high-speed spiral stirring, frame stirring and double-ribbon stirring.
6. The transition section of the simplified inner wall adopts arc transition to ensure that there is no hygienic dead angle.
7. The inner and outer surface finish: 2B, the finish of the welding seam can reach: Ra≤0.5um.
