1. Product features
The characteristics of
A) The working pressure (CIP pressure) borne by the valve chamber is 0.4mpa.
B) The valve cavity flow is greater than 1500L/hr, and the maximum flow is 10.000L/hr.
C) So the sealing material in contact with the product is made of food-grade material, resistant to temperature above 150℃, acid and alkali resistant, without decomposition. The metal material of the whole valve group is made of food-grade stainless steel.
D) Each valve is required to have no leakage at work. When each valve closes the working position, the working medium controlled by each valve can not leak to each other, and ensure that the valve chamber and the whole product channel are completely isolated from the outside world without leakage, so as to ensure that the valve chamber and the product channel can achieve a pollution-free state.
E) The surface of the valve cavity and the whole product channel is smooth (the surface finish is up to 0.8um). The interface is smooth, without dead Angle, and there is no residual dirt of the product and working medium after cleaning.
F) There will be no leakage of product seals for 1000 hours under the condition that there is no artificial damage.

DAP71001 series aseptic filling machine steering valve set (AP valve) is suitable for aseptic conveying of aseptic filling machine materials before packaging, such as milk, beverage, juice, soy sauce and other liquid materials before aseptic filling.

Working medium and parameters
A) Acid (concentration 1%, temperature not exceeding 75℃)
Alkali (concentration 1.5%, temperature not exceeding 90℃)
B) Sterilized hot water (temperature not more than 140℃, each working time not more than 30 minutes)
Sterilized steam (temperature not exceeding 140℃, pressure 170KPa)
Sterilizing hot air (temperature not more than 170℃, working time 30 minutes each time)

1. Product structure features
DAP71001 series aseptic pooper steering valve set (AP valve) is 3 pneumatic steering valves through a common valve chamber, through the UHT sterilized materials, through the valve set, sterile pooper. When the material passes through the valve set, one of the valve sets is only used to switch on the steam valve to provide high temperature aseptic protection for the material passing through the valve chamber.
